Terms of Service

By using Full Life Films, you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain English because you're likely reading this at a difficult time.

What we do

We help families and funeral homes create memorial films from photos, memories, and music. Your funeral home issues you an invitation. You gather the memories. We render the film. You keep it.

What we ask of you

Upload only material you have permission to use — photos, videos, and music alike. Contribute honestly. Don't use our service to harm, deceive, or harass anyone.

What we promise

We treat your family's materials with care. We don't sell your data, we don't train external models on your uploads, and we don't share your memorial with anyone you didn't invite. Our funeral home partners can see your project because they're helping create it; our engineering team does not casually browse client memorials.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your project and request a refund at any time before we render your first film. After rendering, refund policy is set by your funeral home partner.

Liability

We provide the software that makes the film. We do not guarantee that a memorial film will heal grief, and we cannot be held responsible for the emotional weight of the material you upload. We recommend backing up your original photos before uploading — while we take care, no service is perfect.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
