Privacy Policy
Full Life Films collects only what we need to help you build a meaningful memorial film — no more.
What we collect
The name, dates, story, and closing message you choose to share about the person being remembered. The photos, videos, and music you or your family upload. Your email address, name, and (optionally) your phone number and relationship, so the funeral home you're working with can stay in touch about the film.
How we use it
Every file you upload is used for one purpose: to render the memorial film you asked us to make and to deliver it back to you. We do not sell your data. We do not train external models on your family's photos or voices.
Who can see your project
Only the family lead, invited contributors, and the funeral home staff assigned to your project can view what you upload. Our team does not browse client memorials.
How long we keep it
Raw source files (photos, uploaded music, contributor uploads) are auto-deleted 14 days after your project is inactive. Your finished film file is auto-deleted 14 days after delivery. A minimal "memory card" (name, dates, and thumbnail) is kept while your account is active so you can find the memorial later. Consent records are retained for seven years to protect you and us in the event of a dispute.
Your rights
You can request a full copy of your data or delete your project entirely at any time. Contact privacy@fulllifefilms.app.
This is our current policy in plain English. A longer legal-review version will be posted here shortly.
