Full Life Films respects intellectual property rights. Every family who uses our service confirms — through a checkbox before each render — that they own or have permission to use the material they've uploaded.

Music

You may use music that (a) you own, (b) you've licensed, or (c) comes from our licensed music library. If you upload a track you don't have rights to, we cannot include it in your finished film.

Photos and video

Only upload photos and video you have permission to share. If a memorial is being made for a shared family history, the family lead is responsible for confirming that contributors' uploads are also cleared.

DMCA notice and takedown

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a memorial film without your permission, please send a DMCA notice to copyright@fulllifefilms.app with:

• Identification of the work you claim is infringed.
• The URL or memorial ID where the material appears.
• Your contact information (name, email, phone).
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review every notice within three business days and remove infringing material promptly. Repeat infringers have their accounts terminated.
